Our History
Behavior Change Therapeutics Inc. is a company founded by Nadienka L Jerez Morales and Mayrelis Delgado with the goal of providing high quality applied behavioral therapy (ABA) services for children with autism and other developmental needs in the community.
Nadienka Jerez Morales is a BCBA analyst with more than 3 years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of children with different social and behavioral needs. Her background in education and experience in inclusive classrooms has led her to focus on providing high quality and personalized ABA services to children and their families.
At Behavior Change Therapeutics Inc, our mission is to improve the quality of life for children and their families by providing effective, evidence-based behavioral therapy and fostering inclusion and acceptance in the community.

Nadienka L Jerez Morales
BCBA Analyst
From one of the founders, Nadienka Jerez Morales BCBA, after graduating in 2012 from Ana G Mendez University with a Master in Education. Nadienka has been working with children in inclusive classrooms.
Over 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with expertise in assessing and screening children with different social and behavioral concerns. Nadienka is bringing together a team to provide training and support to the families in the community impacted by autism and other developmental delays. Always providing the highest quality ABA services available through our comprehensive and individualized ABA treatment programs.
